Edge Weights View

This view provides the user the ability to use a weighted edge layout for generating graphs.
Click the Use Weighted Layout Checkbox to enable the Edge Weights Formula.  Click Apply to save and do the layout on all anchored/unanchored nodes/genes using the specified formula.  Clicking Cancel will close the view without storing the latest specified formula values.  Clicking Close will close the view and store the last specified formula values.
