	Remark	early embryonic: Asymmetry of Division
		early embryonic: Clear PAR-2 like loss of polarity: Lack of posterior displacement for the P0 spindle leads to symmetric division, P1 division plane is not turned and the second round of divisions occur simultaneously. Nearly all embryos show aberrant furrowing and membrane blebbing during P0 cytokinesis, which in one of the cases leads to a halt of furrow ingression.
		100% embryonic lethality.
