Remark early embryonic: Pronuclear Migration
early embryonic: Subtle but reproducible. Microtubule cortex interactions seem to be affected, resulting in in inaccurate pronuclear centration, spindle positioning and P1 nuclear rotation.
Nearly 100% embryonic lethality in all three tests.
