Remark
| Phenotype comment -- Confirmed with independent dsRNA (K.O., unpublished observations; similar phenotype). Phenotype could potentially be due to cross-RNAi inhibition of other CENP-A like gene (F54C8.2) (see BLASTN results). We note, however, that the phenotypes associated with these two genes are somewhat different, suggesting that the phenotype noted here may truly reflect a requirement for F58A4.3 function. |
