	Remark	Phenotype comment -- Confirmed with independent dsRNA (B0361.10 -RNA2; limited DIC analysis did not reveal structural integrity aspect of the phenotype; similar progeny phenotype).
		DIC phenotype -- Embryos loose structural integrity upon dissection (e.g. movie1). Limited phenotypic analysis done in utero shows variable phenotypes, including slow (e.g. movie2). Many embryos appear wild-type (and there is a mixture of wild-type looking embryos and affected embryos within a single worm).
