	Remark	Phenotype comment -- Confirmed with independent dsRNA against K06H7.1 (K06H7.1-RNA1); see also Chase et al. (2000). A shorter dsRNA against K06H7.1, covering exons 3 and 4 (K06H7.1-RNA2), did not result in a phenotype, suggesting inaccurate gene prediction.
		DIC phenotype -- Complex phenotype. In most embryos (e.g. movie1), eggshell appears fragile as witnessed by random yolk granule movements movements; pronuclei appear present, but fragility of embryos prevents thorough phenotypic characterization; no progress to the two cell stage; in other embryos (e.g. movie 2), defect in spindle assembly; also, no visible cleavage furrow; often large cytoplast on anterior side
