Description | apc-10 encodes a homolog of the fission yeast anaphase promoting complex subunit APC10; apc-10(RNAi) animals are generally unable to progress through meiotic divisions; initially they produce reduced numbers of viable embryos mixed with inviable embryos, but then show severe germline maintenance defects and become sterile. | ||
