Description | The T20H4.5 gene encodes an ortholog of the human gene NADH DEHYDROGENASE-UBIQUINONE FE-S PROTEIN 8 23 KDA SUBUNIT; MITOCHONDRIAL COMPLEX I TYKY SUBUNIT (NDUFS8; OMIM:602141), which when mutated leads to Leigh syndrome (OMIM:256000); the T20H4.5 protein is predicted to be mitochondrial with 52% accuracy. | ||||
