Remark early embryonic: Sister Chromatid Separation (Cross-eyed)
early embryonic: Highly reproducible chromatin segregation defect resulting in the typical cross-eyed nuclear separation pattern with tear shaped nuclei that stay attached to the newly forming cortex. Interfering chromatin bridges can result in failure of cytokinesis completion. Phenotype is more pronounced at four cell stage.
90-100% of the progeny die during embryonic development.
